Literally zero service. No calls back, nothing. 23 years with Allstate and I’m leaving because of this office.
So lame
Stay away from this agency. Their lack of customer service and follow up is the worst i've seen. They dropped the ball on one of our policies that left us exposed for over 6 months on a $90k asset
The bad reviews are for good reason. Since this agency has been taken over by Mike Reynolds their service has been terrible. Today i find out that for the past 8 months we have not had any insurance coverage for my wife's brand new Mercedes 450 SUV ($90K vehicle). They confirmed that we requested coverage back in May 2018 and provided them all the necessary info. However, they had the audacity today to tell me that because i never called to tell them that the car was delivered that the policy never went into affect. Who does... read more
