This office has lost the wonderful customer service that Michael Lanteri built. He's no longer there and the new agent is not only dirteclt of her duties as an agent but also an owner. She promised she would help me with an issue when I was sent to collections because a previous employee didn't cancel my insurance. I've submitted proof to her office but almost a year later the main office doesn't have it. Been with them for years! Phenomenal service in every way! Most recently, needed proof of insurance to drive for Meals on Wheels and was able to get it almost immediately !! Great to work with!

I've been with them for awhile but everytime I deal with them they give me minimal information. Just bought a brand new car and I wanted the best of the best coverage....they didn't go over any options with me or explain exactly what I was paying for. It seemed like they expected me to know what it covered, as if it is common knowledge. They didn't offer different options. Just roboticly plugged in only the specifics I knew to ask for.
