Less than 1/4 of a star, really. Avoid this place at all costs!! The agency changed hands after Michael Kalkin gave it up. No return calls or emails and there are some very unpleasant agents ... So frustrated that I switched both co-op and auto insurance to State Farm, where I actually was able to have a decent conversation with a pleasant agent. Very sad, as I had been a client for over 30 years after first moving into the neighborhood.
Called to get insurance for a client and was hung up on but before being hung up on was treated like if client was a nobody because he only speaks Spanish. I have been getting insurance for clients for a very long time, I have never been treated like this. Now I can see why they only have a 3 star rating, I am sure the owner does not know that this is how his clients are being treated.

I 100% agree with all the comments below. I cannot emphasize how unpleasant the two ladies at this site act...to the point I felt disrespected. I visited this site on several occasions only to walk out more distressed by their lack of knowledge here. Also, very unprofessional how I would have to greet them entering the room and greet them leaving the room, without any acknowledgement.
