Two rate increases on my auto policy in the last 8 months. I called the McDyer agency and they told me only way to get my rates back down was to reduce coverage. No thanks. I’ve been an Allstate customer for at least 15 years and have never made a claim. It feels like loyalty to an insurance agency makes them think they can raise rates and you won’t leave.
