This agency removed me from my own homeowners insurance policy without my knowledge during my divorce. Then they refused to answer questions about a policy I was the holder of for years, creating unnecessary stress and headaches.
Two rate increases on my auto policy in the last 8 months. I called the McDyer agency and they told me only way to get my rates back down was to reduce coverage. No thanks.
