It was ok. It started off amazing but afterward as the premiums skyrocketed, no one was very helpful. I went in a couple times to discuss some issues but was completely ignored. Auto premiums seemed reasonable at first, but just shot up at each renewal. We only drive less than 4,000 miles a year, why should we pay so much for insurance when we don't take our cars out of the garage that often.
