Very disreputable company, I canceled both my Auto and homeowners insurance. Years and I tried canceling my auto insurance and an agent sent in multiple cancelations to the DMV in Albany out of spite even though I purchased other insurance at a much lower rate with the same coverage. All state also likes to raise your rates for no other reason than to protect there companies losses even if you don't have any accidents, had insurance with them for 20 years and finally woke up. Do your research. Horrible company.
