once you are a customer, Mr. Daniels does not provide service. I repeatedly called to request speaking with him, but was always told, "he's not available". As a service-oriented industry, the only thing one agent can do to differentiate himself from everyone else is SERVICE. Sadly lacking with Mr Daniels. We bought new policies from another company. As we were VERY good customers with 3 cars fully insured, our home and a liability policy, I sincerely home he will wake up and realize he needs to SERVICE his customers.
