this location the agents very friendly and helpful i would recommended if you looking for new auto insurance 1 star because allstate raised my premium $600 for another 6 months when i have no accident or any claims
Just called to get a quote, he only got my name and make of car (didnt get my vin# or driver license number or any other information) and said the quote would be to high and when I asked how much, he hung up on me. I wish I can give a zero star
I would give zero stars if possible. I emailed Michael last Saturday to see if my payment could process a day after it normally does. I emailed him 2 more times and he finally emailed back Wednesday. I called as requested by Michael. He claims he never got my emails and he can’t help me, it’s too late. He was very smug as he pretended to not have received the emails. I received an unsolicited phone call from this business claiming it was a follow up on my interest. I DID NOT call for a quote or for any other reason. Sounds pretty sketchy to me!!
I truly appreciate all the help and support Allstate has provided me with over the years.
