So far, so good.
Terrible, my agent never answers phone calls no matter what time or day I call. When I leave a message they call me back hours later right before closing time. Difficult to get any help from them so I end up having to call customer service instead and jump through hoops. Been with Allstate for years and this has to be the worst agent I've had.
Alexis was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is very prompt at getting back to you in a timely manner, I would definitely recommend speaking with her.
I had AZ state minimum liability insurance on my vehicular coverage and six digit liability coverage on my homeowners. Must say I had a pleasant 6 to 7 year relationship with Allstate. I had two minor parking lot fender bender claims they took care of. I had a parking lot hit & run on my new two month old GMC Canyon in about five years ago. I had to go a collision claim.
