Poor customer service did nothing to negotiate with other insurance company to help us out with accident.All the money paid to them over the years 20 plus and continued rise in costs and can’t even help out in a bad situation,no compassion or sympathy for the situation.Cant get ahold of local agent,all they want to do is collect money,crappy service

Stopped by to pay my renters insurance. Allstate insurance does not accept cash for payment. That is not the agents fault, they are just following Allstate company policy.
