Had an unbelievable experience with this office, starting off with Ms. Kayla to Ms. Jackson herself. Talking about customer service and caring about the customer. We've experienced consistent and unexplained rate increases, leading to what feels like overcharging on both home and auto. What's most frustrating is that my mother, the policyholder, hasn't had any claims recently. A few years ago, she had one small auto claim in her entire 34 years with this agency, yet her rates suggest otherwise. On top of that, customer service has been consistently unhelpful.
