Have been with Allstate since 1964. Never any contact from Allstate. Filed first claim 2 years ago under $1500 when a work truck not our fault pulled siding off my home. No reimbursement from Allstate. You were no help. My insurance immediately went up because of this one small claim in 50 plus years. I always pay my premium in full on time yet you make paying difficult for elderly without having technology. No envelope or address to mail you a check. This office is awesome and I haven't even stepped a foot inside - everything has been over the phone. I started out with Mr. Talbot years ago assisting me with getting my brother's insurance. Then I joined myself with auto and now have auto and renters working with Austin and most amazingly Yvette. She has been so kind and helpful - excellent customer service! Thank you for working so diligently! So far everyone that I have worked with has been excellent! I would highly recommend!
