The coverage is good. The increase in our monthly bill is outrageous, as well as the reason for the increase. Our driving records are excellent with no accidents or traffic violations what-so-ever in more than 10 years. But because of the increase of other members of State Farm we all have to make up the difference. What happened to being rewarded for good drivers? My agent was very helpful. My issue was resolved very quickly. The agent was professional, courteous and friendly. I loved the very fast response time on my claim. Just like the ad says " You're in good hands with Allstate" because I was. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
