Sharon McCarty Armstrong firm has been a great part of our families journey so far...from my Departed Father & my windowed Mother to my daughter. Generations of our family covered and insured by this particular company. All the agents have been lovely but by far Ms Diara need a special salute actually all of Ms Sharon's team has been awesome in customer service & help. Thank you. Greatly.

I meant to make this post last month, but it escaped me bc of the holidays. I had a billing issue on a weekend that I could not resolve until Monday. Ciara went out of her way to get the issue cleared up and was able to update me with a better policy! Thanks again for your help!

Extremely unprofessional. I submitted a request to cancel my policy effective immediately on November 7th. The insurance agent did not submit it until November 11th. I called and spoke with a different agent to make them aware I submitted my request on the above date but the agent did what she wanted and submitted it days later. I was told they would submit a claim to backdate it and that someone would call me with an update.
