Extremely unprofessional. I submitted a request to cancel my policy effective immediately on November 7th. The insurance agent did not submit it until November 11th. I called and spoke with a different agent to make them aware I submitted my request on the above date but the agent did what she wanted and submitted it days later. I was told they would submit a claim to backdate it and that someone would call me with an update. Awesome agency!
The coverage is good. The increase in our monthly bill is outrageous, as well as the reason for the increase. Our driving records are excellent with no accidents or traffic violations what-so-ever in more than 10 years. But because of the increase of other members of State Farm we all have to make up the difference. What happened to being rewarded for good drivers? We were hit with close to a $200.00 increase out of the blue with absolutely no notice. But if we are 1 day late we are canceled and have pay penalty to reinstate... read more
