Got insurance on a car here that I eventually attempted to cancel February of 2025, and kept sending me around the loops to different people and different paperwork. Didn’t get canceled till march of 2025 still asking me to pay for the month of Februarys payment. I heard from a lot of people (family included) to never go with Allstate and for sure will NEVER go with them. I suggest you do the same. Horrible company, horrible agents, get you a company who will actually respect you as a client !

Lack of care for customers. I’ve been using Allstate for a few years now and I always thought I had a good price on insurance but the price just kept going up. I thought that it was okay because that usually happens but once I turned 25 I was hoping my insurance would drop at least a bit in price but instead it continued to soar.
