He is very dishonest agent. Please never go to Matt Peppers in Rome GA for insurance. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
No problem with agent but your prices got ridiculously high.
After admitting that I had come in and stopped coverage on my 2008 Lexus RX350 in September 2023 they continued to charge me thru Auto Pay for another 9mths and Refused to Reimburse the Full Amount. I SOLD this Lexus in October 2023 and was still being charged Coverage on a car I didn't own !!! This is Rediculous !!!
Matthew Peppers personally reached out to me several months after adding homeowners insurance to my policy. You normally don't get that personalization from insurance companies.
This Grace period of paying after due date is awful I know that I had time but they counseled my Insurance any way
