My home owners insurance went up 750.00 with no claims also they never answer there phone or emails and get back to you.
Switched to AllState about a year ago to save money. These guys never answer the phone, rude office personnel. Seems like they don't care if you are a customer or not. Called today and actually talked to some one in the office and I told her I was surprised because I had never spoken to the office before, always rolled to AllState corporate. My homeowners insurance premium went from $1000-$3000. Watch your premiums I do not have any claims! They both accident forgiveness, but God forbid somebody else has claims!
Agent Rude and can't get nobody to answer the phone out of the office or shut down for a meeting in the afternoon. Poor management.
