From day one they've done nothing but messed up my account. Cost me so much extra money, left them and got my insurance for $300 cheaper. no one in the office seems to know what they're doing. Canceled my homeowners insurance 3 months after getting it and then charged my homeowners policy a second time after they told me everything would be fine and no big deal then I had to ask them for the difference that they owed me.
