Would give this zero starts of google allowed it! Started working with Tierney a year ago to move my car insurance over to Allstate. We discussed homeowners ins, but decided to only move over auto. At the 6 month mark, I got a letter from my mortgage company that Allstate paid my homeowners insurance and they didn't know what to do with the check. Had to deal with that mess, strike 1. I would give this office 0 stars if I could. Got car insurance from this office back on June 12th of this yr. Was told 100% third party would cover our homeowners policy. Told the next day we couldn't be covered for home. Canceled the policy and went with Statefarm. Have been fighting with this office and customer service since June 13th about why I got charged for a policy I canceled within 24hrs. Have gotten nothing but run around since we canceled.
