This company, place, agent is the absolute WORST! If I could give it zero stars, I would. Actually, scratch that, I'd go into negative stars if that was an option. They have revolutionized levels of annoyance. And the customer service? Terrible, a disgrace, very bad. Don't even get me STARTED. I was on hold for 37 minutes, listening to the same elevator music on an endless loop. Do not use this place. I called for a homeowners’ quote and asked them to send me the policy declaration to review and see if things looked correct. I never received any documents. The next week, my mortgage company reached out and informed me that this place had requested a payment, changed my insurance, and canceled my current policy. I spent four hours on the phone trying to deal with this. I'm not sure what is going on with the employees from this agency, I contacted the agency due to an increase on my monthly payment that is automatically dedicated from my account; when I asked why my payment was increase the automatic sales speech was, the emissions and coast in LA California and Atlanta GA..not even looking at the address of my policy that clearly shows that my residence is in a remote Rural area..the agent asked to provide city emissions tests, not even realizing that emissions are not required in such a r... read more
