I have been insured with this company for 15 plus years, The first time ever filing a claim, Allstate has giving me all types of excuses to not replace the loss of my engagement ring. I insured it for a full value the moment it was purchased, yet 5 years later they are claiming that value of diamonds and gold went down 30%. I have been treated VERY unprofessional in communication with an agent of this company . I would never recommend anyone to this company poor service if you ever need to file a claim.
