I have been very satisfied with this agency and have always been updated on ways I can save on my policies. I have been with Mr. Oblas since he first stared this agency and have been treated very well every time I have called.
He is great only of he is recruiting you to sign up with him but after a year he is rude and not accommodating at all. Called him ONLY ONCE to ask nicely why my insurance kept increasing despite the fact i have been a good driver..he made me wait and rudely answered the call. he did not elaborate the answer to my question and didn't bother even explaining the details.
