Marvel Quevedo and her staff are amazing!!! Her office provides the best customer service I have ever experienced in an insurance agency. They are professional, experts and have effective communication skills I have recommend her to many of my friends and will continue to do so. I am thrilled with my new insurance. Thank you Marvel!!!!
I would not recommend this agency if you want an actual agent! I had a minor accident and not even a call or help with the claim. Nor was I made Whole ! I tried to cancel and got the run around so I had to call Allstate directly. This office claimed they needed documentation as part of company policy and in turns out this was a lie just like the statement you are in good hands ! Call Geico so you will get much better service from a Captive agent and a Lizard !
She is wonderful! Always will to help.
