Very disappointed with the service I had. A few years back I used to deal with Ken who was very knowledgeable on his stuff and helped me out-and Chloe who always made sure to have someone call me back! Scott was kind of erratic but nice as well. I canceled my policy in 2016 due to the fact we only had one car and lost our multi car discount.
