Nice people, but company not good, if you're canceled you insurance,they will still charge your account, and you would not get your money back. I been waiting for over 2 weeks. Got nothing. They tell me they send check but check never arrive.
I recently had an accident, which was my fault. Marla and Lisa could not have been any more helpful with getting the claim filed in an efficient manner. I can call Lisa at anytime and she has answers to anything I need to know and will help you in deciding which coverage you need for any property you have. I would definitely recommend this Allstate Agency to my family and friends. They go the extra mile for you !
