Run away from this agency,the lies are unseen,they are only good when you buy insurance,and when they need to return the money, and they are terrible. I called on April 25.2026,to cancel the cars and home insurance, because I found it cheaper, they returned less money for the cars, and house was not canceled.,even though I bought insurance from another agency. SHAME ON YOU,I ' ve BEEN PAYING YOU FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS, YOU WON'T EVER AGAIN, PURE WASTE.🤑 Now I ' ve reported you lazy liars to corporate office.

Absolutely terrible dealing with fraudulent charging to my bank account. Did not authorize a charge, girl told staff there I did (it’s all recorded, I did not). Mark is condescending and rude. Do not recommend this agent.

Bait and switch. Got an estimate in the mail for under $800 per year listing my property address and believable coverage for my neighborhood. I was paying 3k per year, so I figured my quote would come in at 2k, 2.5k or whatever. It came in at over $5k. That is not an estimation error. I contacted Allstate to let them know and they said I would have to take it up with the agent. So I wouldn't recommend Allstate either.
