Great agency to work with,promote in reply and assist with finding lower coverage based on need.
Bait and switch. Got an estimate in the mail for under $800 per year listing my property address and believable coverage for my neighborhood. I was paying 3k per year, so I figured my quote would come in at 2k, 2.5k or whatever. It came in at over $5k. That is not an estimation error. I contacted Allstate to let them know and they said I would have to take it up with the agent. So I wouldn't recommend Allstate either.
My experience has always been 100% from day one, many years ago. You really are in GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!
The office has been friendly and helpful whenever I need them, however, the pricing for my Home and auto have gotten out of control and I am now looking to move all of my insurance needs somewhere more reasonable.
