Allstate has to be one of the worst insurance companies to deal with. My car was damaged by one of their customers. Ok, accidents happen not a big deal. Then the run around started, Allstate said their customer had another policy with a different insurance company.( that was not the case they made a mistake of the person's name and birth date) I was informed my Allstate claim is denied and would have to file a claim with the "other insurance company" Now 2 weeks later Allstate is still dragging their feet.
