I have recently been experiencing declining customer satisfaction from this office. It started when I wanted to get an update from my policy and it was more unprofessional coming from Marisol, the tone she used while answering my questions was unprofessional. I was always happy to call this office or communicate with them but it’s just not the same anymore. I had to call Allstate directly and speak with a representative who left me wanting to keep Allstate as my insurance agency but I think it’s this office that’s the issue.
I was very satisfied with the staff and the knowledge they have of what I was looking for in insurance. The price was very good and much more affordable than other agencies
Literally chose not to help me get my insurance policy active. Blamed it on technical errors. Tried increasing my quoted policy by 60% and after I said no, she said she can’t help me. Awful insurance agent that’s is choosing not to do her job.
