I just had an interaction with this Agent. With the nastiest attitude we backed a box truck up to their door to quickly and efficiently take a desk from their neighbor the lawyers. The Agent came out all sorts of Nasty to complain about us taking her parking spaces. After extremely close inspection there was remnants of their name in the space. They had no customers in the 15 minutes we were there. The funny part is I pay about $50,000 a year in insurance, and I can promise you I wouldn't use someone like this. She should be... read more
