Borderline fraud is what these guys are doing. Their bait and switch tactics are incredible - they’ll send you a fabricated personalized detailed quote just to make you call them and then switch on you pretending their “systems are not aligned with risk zones and they are terribly sorry for misleading on coverage availability and price”. Stay away from these clowns and save yourself the time and aggravation.
The service that I received from Lisa and the entire agency has been nothing but stellar! I had a tricky closing with my home I sold, and Lisa kept on top of all the updates. I could not ask for a better she was amazing! Marcy’s agency goes above and beyond for it’s customers!!
