I been calling all day. No one called me back. My Dad been with all state for years. I'm very unhappy. My Dad passed away And I'm just trying to get some information. No one is returning my calls. I have nothing bad to say I just want to move on.
Great insurance company. They go out of their way to help with any issues you may have. Recommend them very higly
Worst customer service. they keep increases insurance premium on every renewal without providing any single reason. Stay away. Update: Well that's a lie that I said I am getting higher qoutes from others. I have never said that. Also when i ask for the reason of premium increase they replied to my email with very rude and unprofessional way. and asked me to look for other policy options. Poor communication both via phone and email. During the renewal I called several times, left voice messages so many times, no one got back to me. Increment of premium without letting me know, not responding the calls and email making me thinking about changing the agency very soon. Entirely disappointing and unprofessional.
