Malvin made mistakes on my policy, claimed an exterior inspection couldn’t be done on a condo. Despite someone calling me to let me know they were outside of the property doing the inspection. My mortgage company sent me a letter saying the policy I had was more than what was required and they wouldn’t cover the difference. I sent him the letter in an email and he hasn’t responded. I sent a follow up email and he didn’t respond. I now need to find new insurance still no response. I would not recommend
My rate keeps increasing, not even a reason why!
Quick to pick up the phone during business hours, however premiums constantly raised every renewal. When asked why the only response I got was "well, it's just a standard rate increase." No claims, no changes in payments. Called to cancel, seemed like it didn't bother them, no question as to why, just processed it and said bye.
Malvin does not care about his clients. He never calls back when you leave a message and when I finally did get a hold of him he promised a gift card for the over charge on my account and never sent it. Gift card was promised in August it's now November. So in short Malvin is a list and a cheat. Also my new insurance company is 115dollars less. Malvin should NOT own a insurance company he is sloppy and unfit for the job.
Malvin was quick to take our business when we set it up in 2016. He set it up incorrectly with the wrong information on file (address, etc.). When I contacted him to get a quote to add additional business (3 years after initially setting up the policy) he did not return a single phone call, voicemail or email I made/sent to his office. I do not reccomend using him. It has been over two weeks and I filled out multiple AllState surveys but he has still not called me back or reached out in any capacity.
