The Malisa Floyd agency has been tremendous to work with. I haven't been involved in an accident in more than a decade but within a month of moving my coverage to them I was involved in a complicated situation. I was able to pick up the phone and call someone to walk me through the incident while on the side of the road. Since moving our auto coverage to them we have no moved our home as well.
Was advised that a family member was automatically covered by car insurance - this was disputed by local law enforecement. It is one thing to be told that a variation in insurance is not possible, another to be given incorrect information.
