Very bad experience. Please find some other agency.
I am so grateful for the agency. I called them on Labor Day weekend late in the afternoon. The agent stayed a little later than his off time to help get my policy started.
I’ve been with Allstate from last three years one day all of a sudden my insurance goes up by $50 and I called my agent (Malik) to ask him what happened what’s wrong with my policy and he refused to give me details about what happen with my policy and why did my insurance increased on top of that his behavior was so rude and in the end he said if you don’t like the insurance and just get out of the company and get yourself another insurance.
