Lynette Barba and all of those at Allstate were incredibly helpful after my auto accident. I know now that "You're in good hands with Allstate".....
I had to drop Allstate home and auto insurance for overcharging on their policies for the last few years. This agency did minimal to keep me as a customer. In my experience, I would not recommend this agency.
Very bad experience ! Came to them just wanting a homeowners quote , and they talked me into also a auto quote as well They then quoted a homeowner policy with Tower Hill , and an auto with Allstate to entirely different companies The auto quote was way high , but liked the homeowner quote . Called to ask them just to write the homeowner quote , and they explained they wouldn’t do it . That it must be bundled together.
