Good luck trying to cancel your coverage. I called so many times and was sent straight to voicemail every time I selected “cancel my policy” on the phone system, but when I selected “get a new quote,” someone answered immediately. Very unprofessional. Then to cancel, I had to send an email with proof of new coverage, and then Mrs. Ordaz still texted me AGAIN to confirm cancellation.
