I called in to renew my flood insurance on my home. The automatic voice response recording couldn't respond to any of my answers to my concerns. When it finally offered the option to speak with a live agent, I jumped on it. I was connected with Sarita Poirier, who actually goes by Sara. She was a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgable, but what stood out in my mind was how upbeat and friendly she was. Very professional but so pleasant she didn't come across as stuffy and disinterested. Made my day.
Called in several time to cancel my policy and on two attempts as soon as I mention cancel policy the call ended. Called back in to my local office and Ivette Reyes was able to turn my unfavorable experience into a positive one. She also acknowledged me as a long-standing client and asked about my reason for leaving. Thanks for your help as i do not like to leave unfavorable review. :)
