I cannot even give Joanne Hartman's Allstate Agency one star but I had to at least give one star to post my review!!! The customer service is virtually non-existent. It is quite often that I do not receive a reply to my questions when I send an email. And there have been a couple of instances where the answer to my question has been "I don't know".
