I've been doing my homeowners policy through Lori for a few years now. I always receive personalized attention and service. Recently, I worked with Nikki at the office. She really gave me a broken down understanding of what I pay for and potential of what I could also be saving. In the end I switched my auto policy and bundled with my home. Six months for a claim of a damaged awning on a camper ? We never chose to go to this agency.... our original agent retired and closed shop. We have been Alllstate customers for over 20 years. We have insured our home, apartment, two autos, an RV camper, an equipment trailer, a jewelry rider, and more with Allstate. TERRIBLE customer service with Lori's office and staff. Lori told me she would handle matters but did not and now its impossible to get her in person, by phone or by email. We are soooo done. Onto the next.......
