Not organized well even for the fact that she is licensed to sell insurance. Always end up missing details even after I leave.**update 2024 worst agent to work with will put you on what ever policy they want and you'll end up paying more go else where!**** Update 2026 paying over double of what i originally charged. She had the time to see the review but does nothing for you as far as finding you the best quote look else where! Save some money.

Insurance keeps going up. Several years ago one of my payments was lost in the mail. They sent me an email but didn't attempt to call me or send me a letter. Instead they canceled my insurance immediately. No excuses please
