Beware!!! I’ve had several issues with Loretta over the past 4 years, including 2 near lapses in coverage because of poor/no communication on her part. On issue is when she mistook my change in address for a cancellation, and processed that cancellation without confirming (when I was told she would be calling me back). Another time she failed to locate a payment that was made to Allstate from my mortgage company, leaving me to jump through hoops of customer service agent to resolve the issue myself.
