Loa and her crew are professional, thoughtful, kind, and anticipate needs steps ahead of time. It's more than insurance- these are straightforward people who have your back. When you walk in their office, or speak with them on the phone, they are so welcoming and go above and beyond. You can trust them with taking care of you, and having your best interests at heart. Loa Carroll-Hubbard has been our insurance agent for years. She has always been wonderful to work with and we felt so comfortable knowing that she was there for us. We've had several vehicles, our home, recreational vehicles, trailers, etc. all insured through Loa and Allstate. She always knew who we were when we called and was sincere when she'd ask how we were doing. We've recently moved from Alaska and I have to say that I will miss her. She's a class act! I have been a customer of Loa for over ten years. We had a house fire back in 2016. She came to the house, walked it with us as well as the fire marshal. She was kind, supportive and helped us to get the resources we needed. At the time I was pregnant and had four kiddos. She also found that we did not have something on our policy that we all assumed we had, and went to bat with national Allstate to insure that we were properly compensated.
