Again they wouldn't let me talk to Lloyd and refused to help me or even attempt to help me clear up an accident matter.
This insurance company is the worst to have ever exist they never want to help out I have an issue with leakage and their statement is “we can’t do anything about it because it’s not our fault and there’ nothing that we can do and Jeff basically said that there not going to do anything about and it’s my fault for not knowing and to Lloyd who said i’m. it helping you call someone at the office i’m not helping you with that you are the worst service providers to work with so never make and insurance policy with them because th... read more
I would not trust this company. I have asked several times to be removed from their solicitation list. Once again I got a call today. I have now reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. If you are getting calls from a 3rd party company on behalf of Allstate, I would suggest you report them also if you have asked not to be called. Also, leave a review so more people can see they don't care or follow through with what they say.
