Arrogant, unprofessional and condescending. Charged me for things I did not ask for, increased my renter’s insurance by more than 100% without notice, and tried to bill me for a car that I no longer had. Jeff is the RUDEST non- professional I have ever dealt with. Constantly interrupted me while I was asking questions then tried to blame it on me. I was able to get new insurance at 50% less than what they charged me. Be warned!
Terrible terrible terrible!! My experience with this branch and insurance was not a good one! I would never recommend to anyone. It has been several issues since I had the insurance to even list here. The last straw was when I was treated rudely and had to call multiple times for help with a billing issue. Just so thankful to Lloyd Franks ALL STATE INSURANCE HE WAS THE PERSON WHO Í FIRST SPOKE TO WHEN I WAS INQUIRING AND TRYING TO FIND A HOUSE INSURANCE FOR MY HOME HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROVIDED LOTS OF DETAILS AND QUOTES FROM OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT WOULD MEET MY BUDGET AND MONTHLY COST INCLUDING SENT ME A DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF WHAT MY PLAN WOULD COVER IN AN EMAIL AS WELL IN MY POLICY DOCUMENTS THAT WAS MAILED TO ME AND I RECEIVED IT BEFORE MY FIRST PAYMENT WAS DUE. There's been a level of incompetence in handling my account. Sometimes I get a call from multiple agents over an already addressed issue. They botched my bank information twice which has prompted them to increase my insurance at no fault of mine. Worst experience so far.
