Home owner insurance is a joke , my mom has been paying for years now her home has damage a hole in her roof !!! due to the weather knocking bricks down !!! and Allstate denied her claim !! Winter is coming and the roof is going to collapse!! Her insurance covers structural repairs and major damages !! Allstate is a joke I’m canceling her plan with them looking elsewhere! They always do things like this because they don’t want to pay. It’s a scam .
Arrogant, unprofessional and condescending. Charged me for things I did not ask for, increased my renter’s insurance by more than 100% without notice, and tried to bill me for a car that I no longer had. Jeff is the RUDEST non- professional I have ever dealt with. Constantly interrupted me while I was asking questions then tried to blame it on me. I was able to get new insurance at 50% less than what they charged me. Be warned!
