I can not say enough about Lisa Mercier. I am a loyal Allstate customer due to her and her team. There is never a lag in questions asked via email or phone. It is a pleasure to deal with her on all levels of claims and policies. Again, I am an Allstate Girl for life due to the 5 Star service always given by Lisa!
