After being with Adams Family Insurance for many years, I recently had a problem with homeowner policie(s) I have on two condos in the Cape Coral area. Due to an oversight on my part, I was informed by the carrier that my policies had lapsed and would not be renewed. I called the Adams Agency and relayed the problem to them. This place is a nightmare ! Everyone in this office do not know what they’re doing.Lisa makes False promises and the rest of the employees seem to be confused all the time. I had Jennifer say she was going to call me back and never did, meanwhile I was driving uninsured and not even aware! They cancelled my insurance on the wrong auto! This agency is the worst. They just want your business then stop helping after your already a customer.
