Absolutely the worst agency I've ever dealt with! Horrible customer service. Outrageous rates, and failure to follow through. I was with them for 7 months, during which I was charged a different amount every month. Not once was it the agreed upon amount I signed for! The final month I was with them, they charged me $45 over the amount I was signed to, and when I questioned it, Roxana's response was: "Well, this is your rate according to the computer, so I don't know what to tell you".
