Literally first week signing up with Leslie Poellnitz and issues started pouring in. Been with a number of insurances but she was the WORST car insurance experience. To sum it up, she does things to your policy without notifying you. When I was upset and voiced my frustration but she tried to tell me how to feel instead of reassuring me. I had to explained to her, that is not how to treat people in customer service. I had to call her numerous times because she kept spamming me emails on my online account.
