After my family and extended family have used her as our Allstate agent for decades now, she will lie about emailing you, calling you, it's absolutely disgusting. I have given her too many chances. I have been with Lee Ann since 1990, and she is an amazing person. She is not just my insurance agent, but family. Lee Ann has also always gone above and beyond what your typical agent's job. would be. She watched my children grow up and when they got their first cars, she made sure they were covered.
