Messed up my policy putting my daughter's Birth date on as main policy holder then blamed me for not catching sooner. Didn't get my policy to new loan for car and had a huge issue paying more because of it. Tried to remove my daughter and her vehicle and got the third degree. Have not been happy with my customer service at all.
