Larry Steele and this Allstate agency without question is the most disorganized, unprofessional, rude and dishonest group of people I have ever had to try and deal with. Never had any problems for years when Mr. Nugent ran the place. This place is a total dog and pony show. Over and over they disappoint me. 1st they didn’t cover a home loss. Also, they charged me for 6 months after I cancelled my daughter’s auto insurance. I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 months. It’s ridiculous!
I recently purchased an automobile policy and a renters insurance policy from Allstate. The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in structuring the policies to my needs. Hopefully I won't have need to make a claim, but I'm sure if that should happen, they will promptly and expertly handle that as well.
I recently called this office to cancel my current allstate insurance policy. We moved in July and I just recently found out that the original office I worked with never followed through to cancel my policy. I called the 1800 number and they advised me to talk with a local agency to confirm the cancellation and refund was processed correctly. When I called this office, Megan answered the phone and without question helped me contact my old office to retrieve the policy number and was able to complete the cancellation for me. ... read more
