My mother-in-law was in an accident which wasn't her fault. Needed help in regards to addendum with loaner vehicle due to repairs not being completed on time. Her adjuster and agent both told her to pay for the cost of the extension and wait to be reimbursed. Like where do they do this at? So unprofessional and unhelpful. You'd think since both parties that were involved has Allstate it would be a seamless resolution. Will keep this in mind when it comes time for renewal of policy.
The staff is very professional and eager to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. The service provided is outstanding!!
