For years, I had an excellent experience and trusted this company. I didn't open my mail from them over the holidays while I was graduating and/or sick. I'll regret that for a long time, as Allstate nearly doubled the premium on my home insurance. My (fixed) mortgage payment subsequently went up about $1500/mo....beyond what I earn as a teacher!
