I wasn't satisfied how the person handled my call when I reported an accident
Called early this week to get an insurance quote for my home. Jennifer the person I got transferred to was not professional. She asked me who my home was insured with, I told her and she told me, "that will probably be the cheapest" Without even asking me for information on my home or my name. Not professional at all. Seems like she did not want to work.
I was helped very well by Larry it meant a lot thank you again
Terrible service!!! These folks will rob you blind. Do not trust them and go somewhere else. They are scammers.
