Called early this week to get an insurance quote for my home. Jennifer the person I got transferred to was not professional. She asked me who my home was insured with, I told her and she told me, "that will probably be the cheapest" Without even asking me for information on my home or my name. Not professional at all. Seems like she did not want to work.

Terrible service!!! These folks will rob you blind. Do not trust them and go somewhere else. They are scammers.
Poor customer service when I called a third time about my policy. Kept getting interrupted a little rude or as if they wanted me off the phone. First time I called no one answered. Second time was great. Just been trying to amend some incorrect information and get that declaration page for a week maybe less. Poor response to emails or voice mails. It’s been great up other than this past week.
